6. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, earrings and certain jewelry items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and order details.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
