Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned in their original condition, box and packaging. You're welcome to try an item on as you would in store, but items showing signs of wear can't be accepted
Exchanges, including ring sizes, are subject to availability

How to return
Request a return from your order page, or contact us on WhatsApp at +973 7792 1097 with your order number, and we'll confirm the next steps
Items can be sent back with a courier of your choice, or dropped off at our shop in Bahrain
Return delivery, and delivery of any exchanged item, is at your own cost

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Delivery fees are non-refundable

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or differs from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange its collection and provide a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs
